Ever since then, we have been combining expertise and experience with local Northern Irish produce to deliver the freshest, tastiest food on the island. Each dish we serve tells our story by satisfying the tastebuds.

We are aware that as Location Caterers our work does have both a direct and indirect impact on the local, regional and global enviroment.
We are committed to minimising our negative impacts and by acting in a sustainable way,meeting the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to fulfil their own needs.We aim to minimise our carbon footprint and encourage our customers to do so as well.
Our green policy is to constantly seek ways in which we can further our enviromental credentials.Our green strategy is aligned with our enviromental policy and catering codes of practice on waste and enviromental protection.
We aim to encourage our staff to be responsible green citizens and it is our intention to operate the business in an enviromentally-friendly way as we can.
We use biodegradeable products where possible such as cups,cutlery etc.Recycling all our cardboard,tin,plastic and glass.
reducing food waste by not over over stocking,ana by redistributing any excess foods/stock where possible.
Our cooking oil is is returned to the supplier to recycle then it is used as bio-fuel.
We reuse or recycle all of our incoming packaging materials like cardboard etc.
We minimise the use of paper by processing information digitally which improves carbon efficency.
Our consumption of fuel and energy is very closely monitored and we take care that it is not wasted through inefficiency or casualness,eg we utilise visible signs to remind staff to turn off lights and water heaters when leaving the catering trailer.On less busy Productions we reduce our freezer and fridge use and turn off any unused catering equipment.
Where possible we will choose to source our supplies from companies who operate in an enviromentally friendly manner and yuo are geographically local to our location to reduce delivery miles
We choose our vehicles with fuel efficiency in mind and we also use electric vehicles when appropriate.
